About the Principal
Julienne Baron is a commercial lawyer admitted in both England and Australia. She has 28 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions, including 22 years in the legal department of a multinational company in London. She has worked on portfolio projects in more than 45 different countries, supporting acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures from concept to completion in the transaction process, including unwinding joint ventures that she helped to form and handling litigation from pre-completion and post-closing issues.
